Data Encoders must accurately input, update, and manage information in computer systems derived from numerous source documents. They are in charge of checking data veracity, ensuring database integrity, and attaining high-speed, error-free entry. Fast typing (35-45 WPM), MS Office/spreadsheet ability, and a keen eye for detail are also essential talents.
Qualifications:
- At least senior high school graduate
- With typing speed of at least 35 to 45 words per minute.
- With strong verbal/written communication and ability to organize records systematically.
Responsibilities:
> Inputting text, numerical data, and codes from paper documents or digital files into company databases/spreadsheets.
> Reviewing, correcting, and checking data for errors or inconsistencies before and after entry.
> Updating existing records and deleting unnecessary files to keep data current.
> Adhering to data confidentiality and privacy policies.
