URGENT Hiring: Technical Support Representative (3 yr Contract)
Location: Quezon City
Setup: Hybrid (2–3x onsite per week)
We’re looking for a Technical Support Representative with experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to join a growing team supporting hybrid cloud solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Provide technical support to business users (including non-technical stakeholders)
- Manage and resolve incidents using ServiceNow ITSM
- Perform data validation and queries using SQL
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in EPM tools (Oracle EPM Cloud, FCCS, PBCS, Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, OneStream)
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
- Solid SQL skills
- Understanding of finance workflows (planning, budgeting, forecasting)
