Training Specialist – UK Collections / Banking Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Training Specialist with experience in UK collections and banking operations within a call center or shared services environment. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, supporting employee development, and ensuring consistent performance improvement through effective coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions for new hires and existing employees (virtual and face-to-face).
• Facilitate instructor-led training programs focused on UK collections and banking operations.
• Assess training needs and develop training materials and modules accordingly.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
• Monitor trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training with business goals.
• Maintain training records and reports.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in UK collections, banking operations, or related field.
• Experience in a call center or shared services environment is required.
• Basic understanding of training methodologies for virtual and classroom settings.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to engage participants and deliver effective training sessions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in creating training materials and modules.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
