About You
You're the "roll-up-your-sleeves" type who is always willing to take on new and/or bigger challenges. You will be organised, adaptable, and capable of working across multiple projects and timelines. You will be a reliable source of information for each of the teams, with a curious mind, a desire to learn and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy applications using low-code / no-code platforms such as Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, PSS), OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, or similar tools.
- Configure and customize low-code platforms to deliver scalable solutions, including workflows, rules engines, screen flows, data validations, and page layouts.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate and break down complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and low-code solution designs.
- Develop automated workflows, forms, integrations, and business processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Implement integrations with third-party systems and enterprise platforms using APIs, Platform APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure applications meet functional, non-functional, security, and performance requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical designs, configuration details, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business units, vendors) in agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer / Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Experience in application development, with a strong focus on low-code / no-code platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and ITSM-related solutions (e.g. Service Management, Case Management).
- Strong experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, Apex, and Platform API development within a low-code context.
- Salesforce certification(s) (e.g. Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud, or equivalent) is required or strongly preferred.
- Experience in integrating applications with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms (bonus).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Familiar with Git and version control best practices.
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration).
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL / NoSQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose “out-of-the-box” solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce.
- Hands-on configuration and administration experience across low-code platforms, including but not limited to:
- Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, OmniStudio, Case management)
- OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps
- Appian, ServiceNow (ITSM), SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365
