Role Description:

We’re looking for a high-energy, street-smart Business Development & Partnerships lead to be our on-ground presence in the Philippines.


What you’ll do

Identify and close partnerships across healthcare, travel, HR, and platforms

  • Build inbound + outbound pipelines (affiliates, B2B, integrations)
  • Own conversations from first reachout → deal closure
  • Drive revenue through partnerships (not just “meetings”)
  • Work closely with product/marketing to scale what works

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in closing partnerships or BD deals end-to-end
  • Comfortable with outbound hustle (LinkedIn, email, cold reachouts)
  • Strong communication + negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and move fast

Bonus:

  • Experience in healthcare, travel, or international markets

What success looks like

  • Partnerships signed within first 20–35 days
  • Clear pipeline built and tracked
  • Revenue or distribution impact from deals

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience as campus ambassador or running campus programs
  • Personal network of influencers or content creators
  • Experience in the BPO, healthcare, or travel industry
  • Own social media following (any size)
  • Connections in colleges in Cebu or Davao


Ideal Candidate Profile

A scrappy Business Development professional who can source, pitch, and close partnerships end-to-end. Must have 2–3 years of experience with proven deal closures and strong outbound hustle.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments with global exposure.

Outcome-driven, commercially sharp, and able to drive real revenue through partnerships.
