Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with technical concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and simple way.

- Hiring starts: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Qualifications:
- At least High School / Senior High School graduate.
- With or without BPO experience (tech experience is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills (English)
Salary Package: Up to ₱20,000 – ₱28,000
