SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE (RECRUITMENT LEAD GENERATION)

Turn clicks into candidates. We’re hiring a Social Media Specialist to drive recruitment campaigns, generate leads, and grow our talent pipeline through digital platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and manage social media campaigns focused on recruitment and lead generation
• Develop engaging content to attract job seekers across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for better results
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to align social media efforts with hiring needs
• Manage inquiries and applications generated from ads and social media posts
• Stay updated on social media trends and apply them to boost candidate engagement

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in recruitment or lead generation
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and campaign management
• Knowledge of paid ads and audience targeting on Meta platforms is a plus
• Creative, data-driven, and goal-oriented
• Must work onsite in Makati City
