Human Resources Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in HR Payroll; Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
• Proficient/Knowledge in end-to-end payroll processing, monthly statutory remittances, and final pay computation
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Track and record employee attendance, work hours, and applicable deductions
• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of payslips
• Manage government-mandated remittances and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
• Assist employees with payroll and benefits-related inquiries
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, claims processing, and coordination with benefit providers
• Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Support HR initiatives, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance-related processes
• Generate reports and analytics related to payroll, attendance, and benefits for management review
