Data Encoder

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Encode and update data into company databases and systems
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records
• Generate reports as needed by management
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data
• Coordinate with different departments for data verification
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business-related or computer-related course (or at least college level)
• Proven experience as a data encoder or similar role is an advantage
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or other data management tools
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Willing to work under minimal supervision
