Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company platforms
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Help prepare onboarding materials for new hires


2. Employee Records Management

  • Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical)
  • Ensure records comply with legal and company standards
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and benefits data


3. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Facilitate new employee orientation
  • Prepare contracts and HR documentation
  • Coordinate exit interviews and clearance processes


4. HR Administration

  • Support payroll processing by providing necessary employee data
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and programs


5. Training & Development

Coordinate training sessions and workshops

Track employee training progress and certifications


6. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance)


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with HR software (HRIS systems) and MS
  • Can start asap
