Business Development Associate

Main Job Scope:

• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to propose new fragrance concepts aligned with client brand strategies.
• Create presentation deck for client for active and proactive projects.
• Support business development activities such as organizing road show venues, source designer etc.  
• Assist in developing marketing materials and kits for new initiatives or product launches. 
• Source packaging for kits, help with team activity
• Actively support the KAMs in the project process
• Analyze fragranceland data and organize fragranceland smelling & sharing - new launches - highlights of relaunch (claims, price, change of grammage, shrinkflation etc)
• Conduct desk research to identify new leads, emerging trends, and competitive insights. 
• Create database / list for products in fragranceland (expiry,  price, olfactive, brand, variant, color, manufacturer) - excel file
• Assist in the preparation of docs required for DENR, PICCS permit *
• Assist in DHL booking, invoice preparation for sample *
• Assist in base registration and sample request *
• Assist in updating the projects in the internal system
• Assist in raising & monitoring oil request in the system*back-up

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree holder with an interest in Fragrance industry
• Marketing Savvy and willing to do Admin Work
• Fluent in English 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong customer service and decision-making skills 
• Strong organizational skills and time management
