About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development / Sales Representative to help grow our BPO services by generating and closing new client opportunities. This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and wants full control over their income.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and generate leads for BPO services (recruitment, CX, back-office, etc.)
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels
- Qualify potential clients and understand their hiring/business needs
- Present service offerings and pitch solutions tailored to client requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Coordinate with internal recruiting/operations teams for client requirements
- Maintain and update pipeline using CRM or tracking tools
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (BPO/outsourcing experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, or outbound sales tools is a plus
- Ability to work US hours (preferred but not required)
