Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation to ensure timely and accurate disbursements
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) by monitoring collections, reconciling customer balances, and maintaining updated aging reports
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and ensuring alignment between bank statements and accounting records
• Coordinate with shared service partners and external stakeholders on billing, collections, and financial requirements, including cross-border transactions
• Support financial reporting, month-end closing, and compliance, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to accounting and tax regulations

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related quantitative role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
