React Native Developer

React Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, user-friendly web applications using React.js
• Apply advanced React concepts such as Hooks, Suspense, and Context API
• Manage application state using Redux or similar state management libraries
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library
• Optimize application performance through lazy loading, memoization, and code splitting
• Integrate TypeScript into React applications to ensure strong type safety
• Use Git for version control and collaboration
• Support CI/CD pipeline setup and contribute to DevOps practices
• Perform local unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and backend developers (Java) to resolve defects and improve system performance

Technical Skills:

Frontend Technologies:

• React.js – Strong experience in building modern, responsive user interfaces
• React Hooks – Proficient in managing state and side effects
• React Context API – Experience in handling global state
• Redux – Solid background in state management
• TypeScript – Hands-on experience integrating with React

Testing:

• Jest – Experience in unit and integration testing
• React Testing Library – Familiarity with component testing

Build Tools & Optimization:

• Webpack – Experience in bundling JavaScript and assets
• Babel – Knowledge of transpiling modern JavaScript
• Performance Optimization – Experience with lazy loading, memoization, and code splitting

Version Control & CI/CD:

• Git – Proficient in version control workflows
• CI/CD Tools – Familiarity with tools such as GitLab CI

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• 1–5 years of relevant work experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in React.js (fundamental and advanced concepts)
• Experience with Redux or similar state management tools
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript
• Willing to work onsite (client-side) in BGC, Taguig

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to AWS cloud services
• Basic knowledge of Java (JSP) and JavaScript
