Job Summary:
We are seeking a flexible and results-oriented Business Development Associate to support company growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with at least six (6) months of relevant experience who are eager to build a career in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Assist in executing sales and business development strategies
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities
Support sales processes including presentations, proposals, and follow-ups
Accurately manage and update client data and reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Meet individual and team sales targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
At least six (6) months of experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage
Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
Background or basic knowledge in IoT (Internet of Things) is an advantage
Proven sales experience is a plus
