Must to have

•Fluent Mandarin Chinese (working proficiency required); English at Indian conversation at level.

• 3+ years in sales / BD / agent operations; experience in gaming, offline payments, or card games strongly preferred.

• Deep understanding of India's gaming agent ecosystem - you know what agents think, want, and why they switch platforms.

• Heavy user of the card game / gaming space — this is your battlefield.

• Strong communicator and negotiator; someone who can truly "convert," not just send messages.

Nice to have

• Years of living experience in China; understands how the core team thinks.

• Existing personal network of gaming agents or KOLs.

• Experience managing a part-time / freelance sales team.

• Additional operations or marketing experience.

• Multilingual is a plus.

In India, there is local mobile work.

Salaries are mainly based on performance.
