Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, images, videos, captions)
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new strategies to improve engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare reports
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns and promotions
- Run and monitor social media ads when needed
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media tools and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
