Senior Business Analyst

· Keep the factory running with minimal unscheduled downtime related to MES and automation applications.

· Business analyst for MES applications, responsible in business case validation, requirement gathering, functional specs, test cases and scenarios, testing, user buyoff and verification to ensure new enhancements are implemented without causing any quality issue.

· Change management (CAB) owner for any development or configuration change to implement new changes/functionality to production floor.

· Become Tier 2 support on escalation of MES application issues that Tier 1 cannot resolve following the SLA.

· Produce and review system installation, configuration procedures & troubleshooting documentation to be used by system technician to perform daily tasks.

· Setup and review monitoring alerts to ensure system health in terms of uptime, performance & capacity (Diskspace, CPU), and propose for resource capacity planning.

· Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.

· Identifying the current- and future-state business processes; Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.

· Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution. Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.

· Submission of change request approval/review + documentation.
