We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team in the Philippines as a key local anchor.

This role is a perfect bridge for those with 5+ years of software engineering experience who are ready to transition into a leadership and delivery-focused role. You will act as the vital link between our global leadership and the local engineering team in Quezon City.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Project & Delivery: Drive day-to-day project execution, track engineering tasks, and ensure on-time delivery while proactively managing risks.
• Team Leadership: Act as the local "anchor" to support onboarding, provide day-to-day guidance, and foster a stable, high-performing team culture.
• Stakeholder Bridge: Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and facilitate smooth communication between local engineers and regional/global teams.

[What We’re Looking For]

• Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering is a must.
• Mindset: Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Language: Mandarin proficiency (or a strong interest in learning) is highly preferred to coordinate with regional teams.
• Bonus Points: * Experience in outsourcing/service-based environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Exposure to AI-related projects or tools.
