  1. Market Research & Business DevelopmentConduct research on the overseas industrial automation market and competitor trends, and formulate sales strategies; independently develop medium and large end customers, manage the full sales cycle, and build benchmark customer cases.
  2. Channel Development & ManagementScreen and sign high-quality local first-tier distributors, formulate cooperation policies and assessment mechanisms; empower channels through product, sales and technical training, optimize the channel network, and ensure efficient channel operation.
  3. Performance Delivery, Risk Control & Business ReviewAchieve assigned sales targets, control payment collection risks, complete sales data statistics and regular business reviews, and strictly comply with cross-border trade compliance requirements.
  4. Brand PromotionParticipate in local industry exhibitions and technical events to enhance the popularity and influence of the XINJE brand in the regional industrial sector.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Automation or related disciplines is preferred.
  2. Proven frontline sales experience with outstanding performance; equipped with local end-customer and channel resources in the industry; candidates with a technical background transitioning into sales are highly preferred.
  3. Accept EOR employment model.
  4. Fluent and proficient in English as a working language, in addition to the local language.
