Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient company operations. This role involves coordination with multiple departments including HR, Finance, Compliance, and Operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and integrity.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Assist in coordination between HR, Finance, Compliance, and Operations departments
  • Manage and organize company documents, records, and filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other business documents as required
  • Handle scheduling of meetings, appointments, and internal coordination activities
  • Assist in data entry, record keeping, and updating internal databases
  • Support HR-related tasks such as employee records management and documentation
  • Assist Finance and Compliance teams with document preparation and tracking requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information at all times
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management



Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • At least two (2) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation and data handling
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Capable of coordinating effectively with different departments (HR, Finance, Compliance, Operations)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Strong English communication and written communication skills
