Cashier (Damai Utama)

Job Description:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries. 
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.  
• Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively. 
• Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement. 
• Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. 
• Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages. 

Job Requirements:

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math  
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred. 
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock. 
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures. 
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers. 
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. 
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. 
• Willing to work at Damai Utama, Puchong, Selangor.
