QUALIFICATION:

• Filipino or Half-Japanese (Filipino-Japanese) Can Speak Japanese, English, or Filipino Graduate of any 4yrs. Course or any related.
• Taking responsibility of keeping a productive cycle in production
• Openness to feedback, either developmental or positive emotional inputs.
• With at least 1 -2 years of experience in the same position or in the manufacturing industry.
• Good interpersonal skills and portray good leadership abilities
• Must have good analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Have a clear borderline between work and private life.
• Have the courage to acknowledge mistakes and a mindset of improvement.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ISO/GMP standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is often required.
• Supports QC Manager, supervises daily tasks
• Day-to-day execution and reporting

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures.
• Supervise and train QC staff to ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor production processes to identify quality issues.
• Conduct inspections and tests on products and materials.
• Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality problems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality management.
• Maintain documentation related to quality control activities.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
