Job Summary

The Reports Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights by analyzing trends, creating reports, and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations

• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

• Monitor and ensure data accuracy and consistency

• Collaborate with departments to support reporting needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in reporting or data analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI is an advantage)

• Experience in BPO industry is a plus
