Description
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist in the development of user guides and training materials to enhance user understanding.
Requirements
