Summary/Objective:

·The HR Senior plays a key role in supporting and implementing HR policies, processes, and programs across the organization. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, providing guidance to employees and line managers, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Senior works closely with the HR Head in driving initiatives related to recruitment, employee relations, performance, and engagement.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

· Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Provide training support to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
  • Identify training and development opportunities
  • Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
  • Process employee requests for outside training while complying with polices and procedures
  • Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans
  • Provide staff orientations
  • Conducts In-House Training
  • Access funding for training and write proposals

· Employee Relations

  • Conduct Company events and employee engagement
  • Promote workplace safety.
  • Issuance of Memorandum
  • Explain and provisions of the personnel policy.
  • Explain employment standards and legislation such as Company Handbook
  • Attend Council meetings to provide information, when necessary.
  • Conduct exit interview
  • Performance Evaluation - probationary (3rd and 5th appraisal) and yearly appraisal

Qualifications and Skills:

● Required:

○ Bachelor’s degree: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent

○ 5 years of experience as HR Senior

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

○ Can handle and discipline people
