Position: Marketing Staff – Video Content Creator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Video Content Creator who will focus on producing engaging video content for social media platforms. The role is mainly responsible for shooting, editing, and creating short-form and promotional videos that align with current trends and the company’s marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media (TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

Develop creative video concepts aligned with current trends and marketing campaigns

Stay updated with trending sounds, formats, and viral content ideas

Handle basic video production (filming, lighting, framing, storytelling)

Edit videos using mobile or desktop editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)

Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional content and company campaigns

Ensure consistency in branding and messaging through video content

Upload and schedule video content when needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing or content creation (portfolio is a plus)

Strong knowledge of TikTok/Reels/Shorts trends and formats

Skilled in video editing apps/software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

Creative, fast learner, and highly updated with online trends

Can work onsite and handle fast-paced content requirements

Good time management and can meet deadlines

Fresh graduates are welcome as long as skilled in video editing/content creation

Preferred Skills:

Storyboarding and basic content planning

Videography skills (camera/mobile shooting)

Understanding of social media engagement strategies
