岗位概述

负责用户开户(Onboarding)及账户审批全流程,从产品角度平衡用户转化率、用户体验、信任与监管合规要求。


该岗位将与工程、合规、风控、运营及客服团队紧密合作,推动可扩展的开户解决方案落地,并通过数据分析、实验优化及运营洞察,持续提升开户流程表现及用户体验。


岗位职责

  • 负责开户流程、审批流程及账户激活相关指标表现
  • 推动开户及账户管理相关功能的产品规划、需求优先级及落地交付
  • 持续优化不同市场及监管环境下的用户开户体验
  • 与合规、风控、运营及客服团队协作,优化审核流程及运营机制
  • 通过数据分析、用户反馈及实验优化提升转化率并减少流失
  • 与工程团队合作,推动高质量、可扩展的产品方案落地
  • 持续关注数字资产及交易行业相关监管与市场变化
  • 支持 QA 测试、上线后数据监控及相关项目汇报


岗位要求

  • 4年以上产品经理经验,有用户开户、用户激活或账户生命周期相关经验
  • 良好的中英文沟通能力
  • 有受监管金融行业经验(金融科技、券商、支付、数字资产等)
  • 熟悉 KYC / 身份认证流程及开户运营流程
  • 有通过数据分析及实验优化开户转化流程的经验
  • 能平衡用户体验、合规及风控需求,并适应多地区监管环境
  • 具备良好的跨团队协作与沟通能力,能够有效推动各方合作与项目落地
  • 有 MFA、多重验证、账户安全、反欺诈或账户恢复相关经验者优先
  • 能适应快速变化的监管环境
  • 能够适应快节奏及变化迅速的工作环境,具备较强的执行力与主动性

Role Overview

Own the end-to-end onboarding and account approval journey, balancing customer conversion, trust, and regulatory requirements across multiple markets. Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Support teams to deliver scalable onboarding solutions and improve onboarding performance through data, experimentation, and operational insights.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding funnel performance, approval flows, and account readiness metrics
  • Drive product discovery, prioritization, and delivery for onboarding and account management features
  • Optimise onboarding journeys across different regulatory and market environments
  • Partner with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Support teams on onboarding workflows and review processes
  • Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs
  • Work closely with Engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality onboarding solutions
  • Monitor regulatory and industry developments relevant to digital assets and trading
  • Support QA, post-launch monitoring, and stakeholder reporting


Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience focused on onboarding, activation, or account lifecycle flows
  • Experience in regulated financial services (fintech, broker, payments, or digital assets)
  • Strong understanding of KYC / identity verification workflows and onboarding operations
  • Experience improving onboarding funnels through analytics and experimentation
  • Ability to balance UX, compliance, and risk requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Experience with MFA, account security, fraud prevention, or account recovery features
  • Exposure to fast-changing regulatory environments
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a hands-on approach
