  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee records and maintain HR files with utmost confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training preparation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and track employee attendance and leaves.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or related administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
