Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Power Platform Developer to drive the digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a technical architect and lead developer, transforming complex business challenges into streamlined, automated solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

* Architect and develop end-to-end solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.

* Lead complex SharePoint environment setups, ensuring seamless data flow and security compliance.

* Manage large-scale data migrations and system "immigrations" from legacy platforms to the Power Platform environment.

* Design and implement Power BI dashboards to provide high-level business insights.

* Oversee the full lifecycle of applications, including rollout, proactive maintenance, and governance.

Technical Qualifications

* Experience: Power Platform and SharePoint 5+ years of experience (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, immigration).

* Core Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.

* SharePoint Mastery: Deep understanding of SharePoint Online, including SPFx, site collections, and advanced permissions.

* Data Management: Proficiency in Dataverse (Common Data Service), SQL Server, and integrating various data connectors.

* Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) that complement the Power Platform.

Soft Skills

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide technical strategy and best practices.

* Professional-level English communication for stakeholder management.

* A proactive approach to troubleshooting and system optimization.
