Responsibilities
- Manage and build relationships with local ad networks and media partners, including AdSpark and AdAsia Holdings
- Execute and optimize programmatic campaigns on platforms such as InMobi and Appier
- Purchase and manage local Philippine APP and Web traffic (SSP inventory)
- Plan and implement dual-objective campaigns (Brand Awareness + Conversion: Registration / First Deposit)
- Optimize campaign performance (CTR, eCPM, CPA, ROI)
- Communicate with media partners and agencies regarding inventory, pricing, and traffic quality
- Deliver performance reports (Campaign Performance + Optimization Plan)
- Continuously test and explore new traffic sources (Apps, entertainment platforms, utility apps, etc.)
Hard Requirements
- Programmatic Advertising Expertise (Core)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in DSP / SSP / Programmatic advertising
- Strong understanding of:
- DSP (Demand-Side Platform)
- SSP (Supply-Side Platform)
- RTB (Real-Time Bidding)
Must be able to understand and work with:
- Bid Requests
- Fill Rate
- Win Rate
- eCPM (effective Cost Per Mille)
Required capabilities:
- Evaluate traffic quality (identify fake / low-quality traffic)
- Make data-driven decisions on scaling or cutting campaigns
- Perform:
- Inventory selection (high-quality publishers)
- Bid optimization strategies
Philippine Market Knowledge (Critical)
- Strong understanding of the Philippine user ecosystem:
- Payment methods: GCash / Maya
- Device landscape: Android-dominant
- Network conditions: Mid-to-low speed
- Understand traffic sources:
- Local apps (utilities, video, gaming)
- Entertainment platforms
Must be able to identify:
- High-conversion user segments
- Difference between:
- Low CTR but high-quality traffic
- High CTR but low-quality traffic
- Native Creative & Content Skills (Performance Driver)
- Ability to write high-performing native ad copy (must feel like editorial/news content)
Required capabilities:
- Headline optimization (increase CTR)
- Content angles:
- Sports/news-driven (World Cup, NBA, etc.)
- “Earn money / bonus” angles (Taglish preferred)
- Image strategy:
- Native, realistic visuals (avoid overly “ad-like” creatives)
