Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
- Ensure accuracy in all cash handling and reconciliation processes
- Maintain proper records of transactions and prepare daily reports
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations
- Support internal controls and compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams for transaction verification and issue resolution
- Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving any financial inconsistencies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in the Fintech / financial services industry
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail
- Familiar with digital payment systems, e-wallets, or financial platforms is an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume transaction environment
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle sensitive financial information
- Willing to be based in Metro Manila
