Kol Specialist | Fluent In Chinese / Mandarin | Remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Find, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) / Influencers for campaigns and live selling

2. Negotiate contracts, rates, and collaboration terms (can communicate directly with Chinese executives)

3. Track performance of campaigns and live streams, submit reports and insights

4. Build long-term relationships with influencers and Chinese brand partners

5. Understand local PH market trends + Chinese business standards

6. Available for flexible hours including weekends (for live stream tracking)

REQUIREMENTS

• Filipino Citizen

• MUST: Fluent in Filipino & English + Proficient in CHINESE / MANDARIN (Speak, Read, Write) — THIS IS OUR MAIN PRIORITY

• 1+ year experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Social Media, or Business Development

• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube platforms

• Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

• Can work independently and hit targets

BIG ADVANTAGE

• Experience working with Chinese brands, MCNs, or cross-border business

• Experience in live selling / e-commerce (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop)

• Background in Marketing or Business course
