ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate ensures smooth day-to-day operations, maintains strict confidentiality, and acts as a professional liaison across teams and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management
- Act as professional liaison between management, employees, and external stakeholders
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements including agenda prep and follow-ups
- Prepare and coordinate business reports, presentations, official correspondence, and briefings
- Record meeting minutes and produce accurate summaries, reports, and action plans
- Maintain organized and confidential filing systems, employee records, and administrative databases
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adherence to company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS HRDM, BS Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
- Fresh graduate or with experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites is reqruired
- Knowledgeable in payroll processing and Philippine statutory compliance
- Proficient in MS Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
- Available to start immediately and commit to a full time
- Can work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa
