We’re Hiring: Technical Support Representative / Technical Support Engineer


We’re looking for an experienced Tier 3 Technical Support professional with strong SaaS and eCommerce background to support our B2B clients.


Responsibilities:

Handle Tier 1-2 technical support and complex issue resolution

Support eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Gorgias)

Manage product listings, including SKU setup and maintenance

Assist B2B clients with technical and platform-related concerns

Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions


Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year Tier 1-2 Technical Support experience

Strong eCommerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, Gorgias)

Experience in product listing and SKU management

B2B (Business-to-Business) support experience

SaaS support experience


Work Set-Up:

Full onsite training

Transition to hybrid setup upon client approval: 3 days WFH, 2 days onsite


Availability:

Must be available to start ASAP
