Job Requirements

  • Indonesian national, familiar with the local market and environment
  • Basic English communication skills; Chinese language ability is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Outgoing personality with good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and meticulous work attitude
  • Willing to conduct field visits and external business trips
  • Prior experience in payment, fintech, or business sales is preferred (not mandatory)
  • Strong execution capability; practical ability is prioritized over academic background

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in visiting local third-party payment companies, payment channels, and relevant partners
  • Conduct initial communication with partners and collect key information
  • Document partners’ basic company information, products, fee structures, cooperation models, and other critical details
  • Assist in meeting arrangements, provide translation support, and handle daily liaison
  • Support the team in market research and business-related support tasks
