Job Title: Marketing Staff—Prospecting & Lead Conversion


Job Summary:

The Marketing Staff will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through the conversion funnel to achieve company sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, a proactive attitude, and the ability to follow through until a quotation is converted into an order.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential clients in both government and private sectors.
  • Generate a qualified database of prospects based on industry relevance and past purchasing trends.
  • Use online platforms, directories, events, and networking to collect new leads.
  • Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with all leads and interactions.

2. Initial Contact & Client Engagement

  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to initiate contact with prospective clients.
  • Set appointments for meetings, product presentations, or technical briefings with the sales team.
  • Send company profile and marketing materials to interested prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, need, authority, and timeline (BANT).

3. Lead Nurturing & Conversion

  • Monitor follow-ups on all quotations sent to clients.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients by providing product updates and responding to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Assist in creating compelling proposal content, presentations, and client-specific marketing materials.
  • Ensure proper documentation of the sales pipeline and status of all leads and deals.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct competitor and market research to adjust prospecting strategies.
  • Prepare weekly reports on prospecting progress, lead status, conversion ratios, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze trends in client feedback to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in client prospecting, lead generation, or telesales (preferably B2B).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online research.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
