Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in IT security, enterprise software, or web services
- At least 2 years of supervisory or sales leadership experience
- Strong skills in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com), pipeline management, and sales forecasting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive hands-on sales activities to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and accurate sales reporting
- Lead, coach, and support sales team members to improve performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and key account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategy and execution
