Business Development Manager

International cryptocurrency exchange founded in Singapore and operating in the global market for 8 years. We offer cryptocurrency trading, traditional finance instruments, and forex.

The company is rapidly growing and ranks among the top 3 in key metrics within its segment. The Growth Department is responsible for significantly increasing the platform’s trading volume and is looking for strong, highly results-oriented professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving high trading volume to the BingX platform (target: 80–150 million USDT per month);
• Working with your own network of traders, KOLs, institutional clients, and partners;
• Sourcing and attracting new active traders and high-volume players;
• Independently generating trading volume (through personal trading or partnerships);
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.

Requirements

• Experience in generating trading volume on cryptocurrency exchanges or financial markets (strong advantage);
• Existing database of traders, KOLs, or partners — a significant plus;
• Good understanding of the crypto market and exchange operations;
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to work with clear KPI targets;
• English language B2+.
