- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage communication (emails, phone calls) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Working Conditions: Comfortable working in Construction Site Office.
