Description
- Manage and grow domestic accounts within the Australia and New Zealand region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular analysis of account performance using SQL to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and account management strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in account management or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in SQL, with knowledge of TSR (Technical Support Representative) and CSR (Customer Service Representative) processes.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business development.
