We are looking for an experienced Jira Developer with strong expertise in Jira ITSM / Jira Service Management to design, configure, and support enterprise Jira platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in workflow customization, Groovy scripting, automation, and platform administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Jira ITSM forms and service management solutions
- Develop and maintain custom Jira workflows, business rules, and automation
- Create and manage Groovy scripts using ScriptRunner or similar tools
- Support Jira platform administration, upgrades, and patch management
- Ensure optimal system performance, availability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide technical support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
- Integrate Jira with third-party applications and APIs when needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Jira Developer or Jira Administrator
- Strong experience in Jira ITSM / Jira Service Management
- Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting and ScriptRunner
- Knowledge of workflow customization, automation, and business rules
- Experience handling Jira platform support, upgrades, and maintenance
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations
- Understanding of Agile and ITIL processes is an advantprocesses is an advantage
