Community Manager — Trading CDX/ Futures / Crypto Prop Firm

We are looking for a highly active and experienced Community Manager with a strong background in trading, futures, crypto, or prop firm ecosystems to help build and manage our trader community.

This role is responsible for creating a high-energy, engaging, and professional environment across Discord and Telegram while acting as the bridge between the company and traders.

Responsibilities

- Manage and moderate Discord and Telegram communities daily

- Post announcements, updates, payout notifications, competitions, and firm news

- Answer trader questions regarding rules, evaluations, platforms, payouts, and firm structure

- Maintain community engagement and activity

- Organize trading competitions, giveaways, challenges, leaderboards, and live events

- Enforce community guidelines and moderate spam, toxicity, scams, or disruptive behavior

- Coordinate with support staff and leadership team to relay trader feedback

- Help create a strong brand culture and trader identity around the prop firm

- Identify influential traders, affiliates, and community leaders for partnerships (manual outreach to them)

Requirements

- Moderate understanding of futures trading, prop firms, crypto, or forex ecosystems

- Previous experience managing Discord and/or Telegram communities

- Ability to communicate clearly with beginner and advanced traders

- Comfortable handling fast-paced online communities

- Understanding of trader psychology and online trading culture

- Experience with community growth strategies is a plus

Preferred Background

- Former or active trader

- Experience working with a prop firm, exchange, broker, trading community, or crypto project

- Existing network within trading or crypto Twitter/Discord communities
