What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits processing
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Spearhead with payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records
- Collaborating with managers to address workforce-related challenges and identify solutions
- Promoting a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee engagement and wellbeing
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Experience in Recruitment, Payroll,Benefits Processing, Employee Relations
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis to generate reports and inform decision-making
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
