Responsible for driving business growth, market expansion, and sales performance within the QSR industry. Handles store expansion, partnership development, market analysis, and strategic initiatives to support company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business and expansion opportunities
- Conduct site evaluation and feasibility studies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Develop strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams
- Manage relationships with partners, landlords, and stakeholders
- Prepare business performance and sales reports
- Support franchise and expansion projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of Business Development experience in QSR, food, retail, or related industry
- Strong background in store expansion, sales, and market analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
