- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Assist users in troubleshooting problems via phone, email, or in-person.
- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions in the support system.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage time efficiently
