Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical point of contact for prospective clients during the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer business needs and requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Participate in customer meetings to gather technical requirements and understand pain points.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and explain technical features in a way that aligns with client needs
  • Address customer technical questions and concerns to ensure product suitability
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and the technical team, ensuring both parties are aligned on client requirements.
  • Identify potential technical challenges and collaborate with product support and development teams to customize or configure solutions as needed.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the product and development team for continuous product improvement.
  • Work with the sales team to craft technical proposals aligned with the customer’s need.
  • Create technical documentations, user guides, and FAQs to ensure customers are fully informed
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between the sales team and the client’s technical team.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in technical support, pre-sales, or related roles. (Open to fresh graduates).
  • Good understanding of IT systems, software solutions, or ERP technologies.
  • Competent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain system solutions, technical concepts and workflows in a business-friendly manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation, system workflows, proposals, or presentations.
  • With POS experience
  • Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
