- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization.
- Document internal procedures and prepare reports on technical issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position (0–2 years of experience).
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and technical troubleshooting.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
