ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Supports the sales group in handling the key projects to achieve or help in winning the projects.
·Works with Sales personnel and analyzes the project requirements. Provides the necessary support such as the following:
a. Electrical calculation and design layout
b. Site visitation and inspection
c. Product offer, specification sheet and availability of stocks
d. Product presentation and technical inquiries
e. Approval of product brand specification by designer
f. Accomplishment of Service Request Form (SRF) and its’ Technical Coordination with TSDG Dept.
g. Product Warranty
h. Installation service (if applicable)
· Presents to General Manager the recommended products offer that match to customer requirements.
· Reviews Request for Quotation and Request for Parts to ensure accuracy based on what has been discussed with General Manager and sales personnel.
Support the sales team and help them generate and close sales and/or project leads to achieve the sales pipeline of the team.
- Conducts regular visitation and product presentation to engineers and end users to get potential projects
- Assist Sales personnel in follow through of project leads in order to monitor progress and actions.
- Monitors status and updates of stock inventory review and report it to General Manager.
Supports the sales groups in matters related to product technicalities and specifications.
· Orients and trains new and regular members on products and technical matters.
· Attends to technical inquiries of sales personnel and customers.
