Job Requirements
Employee Records & HRIS: Maintain meticulous digital and physical personnel files, ensuring data accuracy within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new hire orientations, collect required employment documents, conduct background checks, and assist with exit paperwork.
Recruitment Support: Post job openings, coordinate interview schedules, and communicate with applicants.
Payroll & Benefits Support: Gather time-off and attendance data, verify administrative details for payroll processing, and help employees with benefits enrollments and inquiries.
Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for staff, answering routine questions about company policies, benefits, and internal procedures.
Compliance & Reporting: Generate HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, headcount) and ensure all administrative workflows align with local labor laws and company regulations.
Responsibilities
Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism.
Organization: Strong attention to detail to ensure forms, schedules, and databases remain accurate.
